  • Where can I purchase TENS MAKER products

    At this time, we only have official Amazon ON-LINE shop in the US.

  • What is TENS MAKER ’s Return Policy?

    As TENSMAKER products are distributed with Amazon, we also follow Amazon’s Return Policy.  You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Where can I find product information, such as User Manuals?

    Most TENSMAKER products include detailed user manuals in English. 

    You can find it in User Manual page and select the correct model’s manual.

  • How can I be TENS MAKER’s reseller?

  • If gel pads are expired, can I use it?

    The shelf life of gel pad is 3 years. If gel pads are expired, that may cause failure of the device to perform as intended. Therefore, please do not use expired gel pad, and purchase new one from official dealer.

Warranty Policy

TENS MAKER provides 12 months warranty from the date of purchase for whole series products.If device fails during normal usage, we will make a replacement for free. However, this warranty does not cover abnormal use, abuse, modification or unauthorized repairs. For consumable accessories, such as batteries, gel pads, these are EXCLUDED from this warranty.
